Headmaster of the highly acclaimed City of London School for Boys for fifteen years, David has a wealth of experience in the UK’s independent school sector. Chairman of the Headmasters’ and Headmistresses’ Conference of leading private schools in 2010-11 as well as a government adviser, David has brought together leading politicians, governors and headteachers to continue to improve the UK education system. As a child, David grew up in South Africa before making the transfer into the British school system so he fully understands the process of moving into one of the most competitive schooling systems in the world. In David’s last year as Headmaster at City of London School for Boys, 97 per cent of boys achieved A*-B at A Level with 29 offers from Oxford and Cambridge.
David specialises in offering advice to families who are looking at London’s top senior boys’ schools and is passionate about supporting students in the state primary system to successfully enter private senior schools.
