Launch of a complete schools advisory service for parents

Enjoy Education, a leading private tutoring and schools advisory company in central London has appointed Mrs Vivienne Durham, previously the award-winning Headmistress of Francis Holland School in Regent’s Park, to lead its Schools Advisory Service. She began the role full-time at the beginning of this year.

The new service will tap into the close links and deep knowledge of schools that Enjoy Education has built up through its tutoring experience. Enjoy Education has seen requests from parents for authoritative, independent advice in the increasingly complex job of finding the best schools for their children double in the last twelve months alone.

Kate Shand, founder and MD of Enjoy Education, “This is an important moment for us, Enjoy Education has a well-deserved reputation for excellence and we are delighted that Vivienne will be forging the way to offer unparalleled advice for parents looking for the best schools for their children.”
Mrs Durham has been Headmistress at Francis Holland, Regent's Park, for almost twelve years and last year won Tatler Magazine Award for Best Head of a Public School. Prior to Francis Holland School, Vivienne Durham taught in a number of leading UK schools. She has extensive experience as an accredited school inspector (ISI), and as a school governor, for more than twenty years.

“Over the years, I’ve often been asked by parents for advice on schools and I relish the opportunity to dedicate time and energy to helping parents navigate the British schools system. Finding the right schools can result in life changing decisions. I look forward to building on this fulfilling area and offering a valuable service for parents seeking the best education for their children.”

Enjoy Education will be launching its complete schools advisory service this month (January 2016), offering information and advice to parents on choosing the best schools for their children’s needs.

Enjoy Education was founded in 2006 by Oxford graduate, Ms Kate Shand. Winners of the Education Investor Award in 2013 and 2015, featured in the Spears 500 and recommended by the Good Schools Guide, 2016 marks their ten year anniversary. -ends-
