Ariana drives the expansion of our exceptional tutor network by recruiting new tutors and fostering strong partnerships with them through communications, tailored trainings, resource support, and engagement events.

Prior to joining Enjoy, Ariana worked with a supported housing provider for children in care, teaching English as a foreign language, and contributed as a Scriptwriter to a video game aiming to bring mental health awareness to children.

Her experience across such a range of learning environments has given her a keen awareness of the profound impact that the right character match between a learner and their teacher can have. Committed to our mission at Enjoy, she is dedicated to identifying outstanding tutors capable of delivering bespoke learning programmes that align with the unique interests, strengths and education needs of each individual student.

Outside of work, Ariana enjoys exploring museums, brewing different kinds of tea, and reading Norse mythology.

History, Newcastle University (BA); PGCE IOE 

Chris has over a decade’s worth of experience in the education industry. Prior to Enjoy Education, he worked in secondary schools in London for seven years and served as an Education Consultant in an EdTech firm for five years. Chris has extensive knowledge of KS4/KS5 and the transition to higher education.

As Senior Education Consultant, Chris works across all ages, learning needs, subjects, and curriculums, and has overseen numerous home-schooling placements with Enjoy. In his free time, he is passionate about cricket and football, runs a board games Meetup group, and loves exploring nature through walks outside of London.

Language and Culture (BA), University College London

Prior to working with Enjoy Education, Dominic was a consultant for several luxury brands, most recently working with Rolex and Pernod Ricard on their brand strategy and product innovation. Finding a natural synergy between private education and luxury lifestyle brands, he ensures that Enjoy Education’s digital touchpoints are fully reflective of our mission to create the world’s most impactful and holistic learning programmes.

A keen Italophile, Dominic studied Language and Culture (majoring in Italian) at UCL, spending his Erasmus Programme in Milan.

Away from work, Dominic enjoys listening to Stevie Wonder, drinking good coffee, and going for long rides on his motorbike.

Geography, University of Liverpool (BA)

Having qualified to be a teacher at Oxford, Dominic taught at a number of prestigious independent schools in the home counties. He has also set up and run a series of annual International Summer Schools, bringing over 500 international and domestic students together each summer for education and enjoyment.

Dominic now works within our Home-schooling and Relocation team ensuring our home-schooling programmes reflect the quality and academic performance of a leading Independent School education. Dominic has a particular passion for ensuring that each programme develops the individual gifts and talents of the student as well as helping them overcome their educational challenges.

Dominic is the Chief Operations Officer at Enjoy Education. With over 15 years of experience running businesses, Dominic brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Since joining in January 2023, he has been dedicated to ensuring excellence in all aspects of our operations and the wider business in order to provide the best possible service to our families.

Beyond the office, Dominic used to be a professional sportsman so he still enjoys the world of sports and spending time with his family.

Geography, Newnham College, Cambridge (MA)

Felicia has over a decade’s worth of experience working in the education industry. Prior to Enjoy Education, she organised and managed seasonal education camps for 7 to 18-year-olds. Felicia has a wealth of experience in international education and operations.

As Client Services Specialist, Felicia works across all ages, learning needs, subjects and curriculums and has overseen the creation and delivery of hundreds of home-schooling programmes with Enjoy. She is passionate about travel, discovering new restaurants and attending lectures around London.

Philosophy and Politics, University of Liverpool (BA)

Freya joined our Private Tuition team in 2022, following her undergraduate degree in Philosophy and Politics at the University of Liverpool.

Freya is passionate about helping children achieve their potential and recognises the profound impact of tutoring and mentoring support. During her time at university, she acted as peer mentor to first year students who required extra support whilst making the transition from the A Level curriculum, and prior to this, was involved in tennis coaching for children between the ages of 7-11.

As a result, Freya brings a strong understanding and appreciation for the importance of going above and beyond when it comes to learning inside and outside of the classroom!

BA Archaeology; MPhil Classical Art and Archaeology, University of Cambridge

As a member of our Tutor Partnerships Department, Hannah is on hand to support Enjoy Education’s tutors with any and all queries they may have on a daily basis. She also facilitates the interview and onboarding processes for new tutors wishing to join our ever expanding network of educational specialists, providing expert support from the very beginning of every tutor’s partnership with our team.

Prior to joining Enjoy, Hannah worked in the Civil Service, in Executive Education and in a MP’s Parliamentary Office. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, baking and travel.

Mathematics, Brunel (BSc)

Henna joined Enjoy as Senior Finance Assistant from previous roles in finance in the retail and media industries.

As Senior Finance Assistant, Henna works closely with our Financial Controller, Inthu, to run the monthly accounts cycle and support our clients and tutors with finance queries. Passionate about making a difference, she loves working as part of a team to bring transformational education to young people.

Outside of Enjoy, Henna is working towards her CIMA exams to qualify as a chartered accountant.

International Relations, Loughborough University (BA)

International Development, University of Barcelona (MA)

After completing his Master’s degree in International Development at the University of Barcelona, Hugo moved back to the UK and began a career in the charity sector, managing the child sponsorship programme at an international NGO. This stirred his desire to bring quality education to those who find it difficult to learn in their current situation and require additional attention. Hugo now works as an Educational Consultant for Enjoy and is able to continue working with those who need a bespoke educational service.

Hugo’s interest in education stems from his studies of international development, in which the link between improving education levels and sustained development is abundantly clear.

Finance and Accounting, Lincoln University New Zealand (BCom)

Inthu manages the finance team at Enjoy, ensuring a smooth and efficient finance process for our families and tutors. Being ACCA qualified and having worked in the UK and South East Asia, Inthu brings over 15 years of international experience to the Enjoy team.

Prior to joining us, Inthu worked for a number of small businesses including a children’s charity, and is passionate about making a difference to young people’s access to education and experience of growing up.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, gardening, exploring museums, or whatever has piqued the interest of her seven-year-old!

Geography, Cardiff University (BSc)

Libby joined Enjoy Education after graduating from Cardiff University with a BSc in Human Geography. After completing our Client Services Internship, Libby began to specialise in secondary level tuition; she is now our Head of Homeschooling, creating bespoke tuition programmes for our GCSE, A-Level and university students.

Libby loves the challenge of finding innovative ways to tailor a student’s education programme to suit their goals, personality and way of learning. When not in the office, you will find Libby on the hockey pitch, discovering new restaurants or taking trips down to Dorset, her hometown.

English, Drama & Education Studies, Cambridge University (MA PGCE Cantab)

Liane joined Enjoy Education as a tutor in 2013 alongside teaching in both Primary and Secondary schools in London. Her knowledge of how schools are run and how curriculums are created and implemented meant that she not was not only able to teach on some of our early home-schooling programmes, but also contribute to the creation of some of our programmes’ key features, such as the role of Lead Tutor and the way in which we assess and monitor students’ progress. This grew into the Director of Studies role.

Liane now loves being able to support tutors and students of all our home-schooling programmes with, as well as walking families through the process of GCSE and A-Level exam registration. Liane also continues to teach and when not working as an educator, can be found acting on, and writing for stage and screen, travelling and drinking copious amounts of tea.

History, University of Sheffield (BA)

Lucy has over 5 years of experience working in the field of education in a variety of education settings. She has excellent ability and experience helping parents make the right education decisions for their children.

In previous roles, she has worked in-person with students and families, specialising in supporting students with their Maths, English, Verbal reasoning, Non-Verbal Reasoning and History, along with senior school admissions (such as 11+ and ISEB tests). More recently, Lucy worked as a client and tutor manager for the tuition department at an ed-tech company. She also holds a CELTA qualification and has taught English to adult learners. She is passionate about providing bespoke and tailored tuition to every family she works with to ensure the students are achieving their full potential.

Outside of work, Lucy loves reading and is a dedicated plant mum, owning over 120 plants! She also loves dogs and dog-sits a cava-poo during the week.

Geography, Bangor University (BA)

As Enjoy Education’s Operations Assistant, Lydia plays a pivotal role in supporting our tutors with their monthly submissions and in meeting our industry-leading compliance standards. She also works with our team to maintain technical systems and platforms to ensure that we provide a seamless and consistent service to all Enjoy stakeholders.

Lydia’s professional journey to date demonstrates her passion for the effective delivery of inspirational education, from her first position as a support coordinator at an independent school in New Zealand, to her role as an activity specialist at a Scottish summer camp.

Growing up and schooling in Malaysia has inspired Lydia’s avid enthusiasm for travel and her love for Geography. She earned First Class Honours in her degree in this subject from Bangor University, situated in the stunning landscapes of North Wales.

Aerospace Engineering, Swansea University (BEng)

Owain joined our Finance team in 2023 from previous work in auditing. He works closely with the team to assist in all aspects of the finance process.

Outside of work, he enjoys rugby, reading and going to the cinema.

Music, Middlesex University (BA)

Matt joined our Private Tuition team in 2023 with over four years of experience in the education sector. In his previous role, he supported over 200 families with their tuition programmes, with a passion for making sure each family received tailored and engaging plans for their children’s educational journeys. Matt has also worked with students in person and online to enrich their Maths, English, Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning skills, alongside providing 11+ exam guidance and senior school admissions advice.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys reading, swimming and playing his Saxophone.

Theology, Murray Edwards College (formerly New Hall), Cambridge (MA)

Having previously served as Head of Tutor Partnerships, Sarah brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as our Director of Operations. Responsible for the seamless orchestration and strategic direction of our operations, she ensures the synergy between our extraordinary team of tutors and the company’s overarching vision.

Drawing from her extensive background as a seasoned tutor, Sarah is committed to eliminating any obstacles that might impede our educators from delivering exceptional support to our students. Together with the Operations and Tutor Partnerships Teams, she ensures that Enjoy Education fosters an environment where every tutor receives unwavering support, comprehensive training, and resources necessary to their continuous growth and success.

With over a decade of experience in the third sector, Sarah brings invaluable expertise in advocacy, compliance, and human development to the forefront of Enjoy Education’s operations. As the torchbearer for our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, she spearheads our educative outreach programmes in collaboration with Tutoring to Thrive, a social mobility charity, fostering a positive impact on the community.

Master of Teaching (MA), University of Melbourne

English and Theatre Studies (BA), University of Melbourne

Sophie is a former secondary English teacher with almost 9 years’ experience teaching in schools in Australia and the UK. In her role as an educator, Sophie worked mainly with upper secondary students in KS4 and KS5. Some of the most rewarding work she did as a teacher was designing and teaching a Literature elective subject to foster a love of poetry.

As an Education Consultant for the homeschooling team, Sophie works with families to create bespoke homeschooling programmes.

Outside of the office, Sophie loves to travel and see as many plays as she can in the West End!

Classical Tripos, Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge (MA)

Sophie works closely with our Director of Operations to ensure the smooth running of the business, as well as leading our team Wellbeing programme.

She joined Enjoy Education in 2021 as Content & Brand Manager from a role in PR and communications, having previously graduated with a degree in Classics. She attended secondary school in Dubai, giving her a global perspective on education and an understanding of the importance of an international approach.

Working as a core part of Enjoy’s Operations team, she is passionate about education, and enjoys creating great content to promote our ethos of happy lifelong learning. Outside of work, Sophie enjoys reading and theatre.

Fine Art, University of Oxford (BA)

Suzy joined Enjoy Education as our Tutor Recruitment Specialist, following previous roles in both recruitment and education.

After graduating from the University of Oxford, she began her career as a Schools Coordinator role for an award-winning education charity, before transitioning to the world of recruitment where she found an opportunity to merge her passion for education with her expertise in identifying talent.

With a keen eye for potential, Suzy is dedicated to finding tutors who align with Enjoy’s mission of enriching young people’s lives through bespoke education.

Outside of work, Suzy can be found painting in her art studio or jogging around London’s green spaces.
