Tutors at Enjoy Education inspire students to fulfil their highest potential

Our tutors boast strong academic credentials, holding at least an undergraduate degree. Alongside qualifications, we value a personal touch—tutors who are organised, reliable, and, most importantly, dedicated to the growth and success of their students.

If you’re someone who not only has the expertise, but a genuine love for education and wants to make a tangible difference to young people’s lives, we’d love for you to join our tutor network.

How the application process works

Step One

Apply to join our network of tutors

You can apply to join our network of tutors by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page. As part of the application process, you will be asked to write a detailed profile statement, upload your current CV and any references, provide us with details on your education and select your teaching preferences. We are especially keen to hear from London-based tutors who can take on in-person roles with our families.

Step Two

Considering your application

All applications will be read by our dedicated Tutor Team, before successful applicants are invited to an interview. At Enjoy Education, we cherish values like creativity, curiosity, and confidence, actively seeking these qualities on behalf of our families. Interviews can take place in person or online, depending on your location and preferences.

Step Three

Interviewing with the team

We have a rigorous interview process to ensure that we can really get to know you and identify the families with whom you would work best. This will include conversations with various team members and the creation of a one-hour lesson plan. You will have the chance to teach a segment of the plan during the process.

Step Four

Completing an Enhanced DBS check

Safeguarding sits at the heart of Enjoy and we ask all the tutors we represent to undertake safeguarding training and have an enhanced DBS check, issued within and renewed each year. If you would like us to assist you in processing a check ahead of interview, please do let us know.
